Meet Tiffany Staley, known to many as SPOKN—a dynamic force in the realm of motivational speaking and a testimony to the power of transformation. Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, Tiffany has captured hearts and minds with her compelling journey from hardship to heroism. A published author and poet, she has turned her trials into triumph, engaging audiences from the halls of Castle High School to the prestigious stages of the Wolstein Center. Tiffany's unwavering commitment to her community and her work with at-risk youth is profound, proving that personal change can indeed spark collective empowerment. Emerging from the crucible of her own challenges, including a past that once confined her within prison walls, Tiffany chose a path of renewal over return. She embraced faith and the cathartic flow of writing to redefine her life, leading her to protect and serve as a police officer, and to discover boxing as a means of discipline and release. Honored on Cleveland's WKYC 3 News for her remarkable story of overcoming adversity, SPOKN has become a beacon of hope—an embodiment of resilience who now lends her voice to inspire and guide others towards breaking their barriers and achieving their very best.

From poet to story writer, to published author, Tiffany. 

Staley a.k.a. Spokn Is a motivational speaker who has. 

Inspired many people of all ages. Raised in Cleveland, 

Ohio, she understands the value of giving back and Is. 

dedicated to working with others in her community. 

Spokn has mentored youth at Castle High School in 

Cleveland, In the boxing arena, and in the local church.

Due to her powerful message, and how well the staff 

and youth received It, The Circleville Juvenile 

Correctional Facility has invited her to speak to teens at 

their Youth Summit on several occasions. Spokn has 

gained the attention of many local agencies and has. 

spoken at other Ohio Department of Youth Services 

facilities, as well as the Wolstein Center in downtown 

Cleveland.

As a child, Spokn faced many struggles, which eventually led to her spending three years In 

prison. When she was finally released, she had to decide whether to return to her old lifestyle or 

break away and try to better her situation. Fortunately, she chose the latter, and with her decision. 

to improve and reinvent herself, she severed ties with her old circle of acquaintances.

To get through the difficult transition of leaving one life behind to begin a new one, she leaned on 

her faith and began to pray and read the Bible. Writing and poetry also become outlets for her. 

During this process of transformation, she chose to use her energy to help others through youth.

community, and took up boxing as an exercise to release built-up physical tension.

Spokn found solace in amateur boxing as it not only helped her exchange the residual negative.

Spokn has participated in multiple contests as an amateur boxer, such as the Arnold Classic and 

the Ohio State Fair. Her dedication to this newfound passion ultimately led her to become a two- 

time Cleveland Golden Gloves Champion, and even a bronze medalist in the Women's National 

Golden Gloves Championship in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Tiffany was highlighted on Cleveland's WKYC 3 News for a segment called "Turning the Tides." The 

story showcased how Spokn overcame various hardships in her life, and gained hope through Boxing.
